Success Stories
The following systems and vendors have become certified with the Illinois Department of Public Health. Keep in mind, even though a vendor has passed the various testing procedures, it is up to each EMS system to become "certified" with the State.
Here is what some folks have done to complete the process:

Advocate Good Samaritan Hospital is pleased to announce that RAM Software has been approved by EMS Data Systems to submit data to IDPH. See approval letter and additional documentation.

Illinois Department of Public Health, by way of their vendor, has successfully tested the electronic transfer export from Firehouse Software/Visionary Systems. See the letter from IDPH from 3/21/2003.

The Kewanee (IL) Fire Department has been certified to submit data via the Firehouse Software, Version 5.

ScanHealth has passed all of the requisite testing with IDPH. They can be reached at:

Automated Systems of Illinois has been tested and passed preliminary data transfer. They can be reached at:
